Hi! I've been there myself and I totally understand you being nervous. I think the best way to calm down is to not anticipate it, to not rehearse or try to memorize what you are going to say and who you'll say it. Anxiety comes from trying to control what's going to happen next, and it only builds up the more we think about it, imagine it happening (in a million different ways) and try to be prepared for every possible outcome. The further you go in this direction, the worse it gets. I know it's really hard to control your thoughts, specially when it is something so important as a visa interview, but if you can stop it even for a moment, it will get easier and easier. A good strategy is thinking about something you really like and makes you feel really good (it can be as simple as your favorite dish, or the face of someone you truly love) to interrupt the anticipation thoughts. As soon as you realize it's happening, actively direct your mind to this very positive thoughts and stay there for as long as you can. It will help you regain confidence and feel more in control.

Practice breathing excercises and focus on why you are getting your visa to begin with. Remember your breathing!
