I get this feeling. I know how it can always be in the back of your mind when your talking or thinking about someone. But it's important to remind yourself that you have more self value than what you're making yourself believe. Whenever you have those negative thoughts that bring you down, know that these thoughts are just your anxiety, an you are more than that. You are worth more than what your anxiety wants you to believe, and people know that. Something that my mom told me to do when I felt bad about myself, is to write down anything nice anyone has said about you. No matter how small it is, remembering those sweet comments can really lift your spirits when you're not feeling too good.
