Ok so I would say I have a good amount of friends, people want to hangout all the time but I usually lie because I get so nervous I feel lost any ideas I’m done feeling like this?

You can try to talk to them and just be yourself. Its important that you are true and does not fake yourself in front of others just to make them happy. Being true is good than trying to prentend to be someone who is not exactly you. Its okay not to feel okay. You can feel nervous. I feel it to sometimes. Its normal to feel nervous. Just always remember that you can do it. You need to encourage yourself. Be happy and enjoy life. Remember that things come and go. We dont have control over that but you have the right what you will do

Hi! I wanted to comment this because I feel the same way! There can be lots of different reasons behind this but for me it was social anxiety. You should also discuss about this with your friends for example, so they know how you feel. Talking with your friends can help to discover the truth behind these feelings. But if you would like, you can talk at 7 cups too! I understand that you might feel anxious when hanging out with your friends or people overall. And that is totally normal! But finding the cause for these feelings, might help with easing the situation. You can find the cause by talking to a specialist for example.
