Sometimes I feel frozen, and my brain doesn’t know what to think or do with itself. I know I battle anxiety, and sometimes depression, but what more can I do to rid myself of these feelings?

I have experienced similar feelings, and I understand how difficult it is. It can sometimes feel like you’re trapped. There are some exercises you can try that can calm these feelings. The anxiety guide might be a little bit more helpful, but somethings that helped me is just taking a minute. Take some deep breaths, review the situation in your head, maybe try some stress toys? Like I said before, these worked for me but they won’t work for everyone. There are a lot of anxiety management resources on this website and others. I hope you start to feel better.
