Sometimes we humans are known as 'shallow breathers' ... we tend to breathe more from our upper chest area vs. our diaphragm area where we should be breathing to get the most oxygen and to help calm our bodies. This is why in meditation, yoga or any form of deep breathing exercise, they tell you to breathe from your stomach area. Even when you are anxious or having a panic attack - try to deep breathe from your stomach area and it can sometimes help. If you are feeling dizzy, that's only because you're not used to it and I would suggest practicing deep breathing every day. I lay on my back, place my right hand on my stomach and my left hand on my upper chest to help me remember where to breathe from. It really does make me and my body feel better when I breather deeply.

You are most likely very nervous and/or anxious. If you take some time to relax and take a break you might feel a bit better.

Sometimes it means to take a step back. Breath slowly, calm yourself. Find the center of yourself. Once you are in a calmer place. Realize you are in control. Focus on the next moment and how can you problem solve the issue that is facing you. You can do this. Anything can be solved. It just takes time to realize an answer. Panic is a state of mind. Of feeling trapped overwhelmed. So calm yourself, breath and you will be ok no matter what. Remember, everything is temporary. With the support we can get through anything.
