First of all, practice some breathing exercises to eliminate some of the initial physical symptoms. Once you have calmed down a little, open a window or go for a walk, staying hydrated with a glass of water. This quiet time is good to clear your head and the water is something small you can do to look after yourself as well as calm you down after an anxious experience. After you have fully calmed down, make note of what triggered your experience of anxiety - this will help you avoid such situations in the future if you start to notice patterns emerging.
Please go for a fresh air breath,Talk to a person whom you felt more comfortable, have some water or chocolate ,Try to do some relaxing exercise,or watch any videos which can convert your thoughts, take a short nap with the help of a relaxing music, try to avoid any situations stressing out you,try to move from the current environment.Go for a walk, put your headsets on mode, try to give smiles ,a quick prayer can relax you. Moreover start to avoid negative thinking from your own mind.Be trust your own mind.No one can do anything against us without our permission, this needs to be in our mind
