It most probably means you are socially anxious. Social anxiety can mean it makes you uncomfortable to be around several people at once regardless if they are friends or strangers and the feeling of being watched as you walk in only increases the feeling.

I think that means that you have an anxiety issue. Only a mental health professional could diagnose you, but it might help to look up anxiety disorders.
