You could be dealing with some kind of anxiety, if there is no apparent reason for suddenly becoming nervous.

It's simple, you feel nervous because you don't have a positive attitude towards things. As you see things going against you, you start getting nervous. This type of attitude may lead to severe problems in future anxiety. You should boost up your gratitude and build some self confidence. Sometimes take things lightly and don't think more about future, just try to live in present scenario.

It can mean a million things. We never really get nervous for "no reason", we just get nervous for seemingly insufficient reasons. The best way to combat this is in the moment is asking "What am I afraid of? What will make this feeling worse?"

There are a lot of different reasons someone might feel nervous. Feeling this way is human and unfortunately it is not a feeling we can get rid of though we can learn to manage it in order to reduce the negative effects it can sometimes have.

It may mean that your autonomic nervous system is being over-aroused. Some people get nervous without knowing why, and that's okay. What's important is how you respond to that nervousness.

Could be considered Anxiety. Nervous feelings are common for most people and are kind of a fear to get over. There is a difference between just being scared and having anxiety which can occur over and over and is much more serious.

Unfortunately, there doesn't need to be a reason for getting anxious or nervous. On the other hand, there may be something you're nervous about but you just don't realise it. However, the more you think about it, the more nervous you're likely to get.

Personally, I suffer anxiety during the evenings for no apparent reason. If you believe that, you too, are overly anxious for no reason, you should look up the symptoms of Generalised Anxiety Disorder. 7Cups have a self-help guide for generalised anxiety (listed as just 'Anxiety'), but you may want to consider speaking to friends or family if you feel it causes you stress.

I believe that everyone gets nervous for a reason, but most of the time it's hard to tell what the reason is. If you're unaware of what could be making you nervous, try looking at some things going on in your life or maybe what will be happening. Maybe it's even some people in your life that you feel uncomfortable around without knowing.

This could be anxiety or panic attacks, which sometimes are prompted by events or stressors, but can be unprovoked as well. Seeking support from a doctor or therapist may help you figure out what is triggering the nervousness in order to manage it.

That's just about the definition of anxiety. Sometimes it's just a situational thing and it will pass, but sometimes you have some things you need to figure out for yourself.
