You don't do everything wrong; it may feel as if, but really, you don't. This feeling commonly happens when you have depression or do something important wrong. Mistakes happen.

Because without the wrong things the rights things won't have as big an impact. We need the bad to make the good even better :)

Who said you can't do anything right? As long as you're trying, and giving it your 100% effort, then you're fine.

When you look at a rainbow, you don't just focus on one of the colors. The red part may be red and nothing else, but there's orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. When you put all of those things together, it's beautiful, isn't it?

Thinking this way is as self-destructive as any thought can get, and yet it is so hard for those of us with anxiety or depression to get rid of this idea that we are destined for failure. The best tool I have used to defeat this thought is with the word "yet". "I am not good at...." is framed so much better with "yet" "I am not good at....YET" Life is beautiful, and you can ALWAYS change it for the better. It starts with our thoughts, and we at 7Cups are here for you all along the way.

Because you have the attitude that drags you down. Instead of thinking "I can't do this", try thinking "Hm, okay, let's try and whatever happens, happens", and don't nag yourself down if you fail a few times, it only makes it worse. I hope this helped and that you are well! :)

But you can, my friend! Things in life take practice, patience, and belief in yourself. You certainly are doing things right in your life; you made it this far!

too much self-criticism and too high expectations, also thinking that one cannot do anything right comes up particularly when the mind and body are exhausted. rest helps to see the things we did right in the past right. focusing on small tasks with a high chance to succeed help to boost our ego.

Just because your are think of it at these way. You do it all the things correctly but think about it as wrong way. Don't judge your self by others point of view. Be your self.

It might seem like you can't do anything right sometimes, but try to notice things that you did do right. Maybe at the end of each day you can write down three or four things you did right that day, even if they are small things. It can help you to see yourself in a more positive light.

Because there's some fear trying to stop me from putting my effort to its fullest. Once i overcome that, i can do things right

It's not that you're doing everything wrong, you might just be overlooking things or seeing situations worse than they may be. It isn't easy to overcome this thought but taking time alone to think about things can help.

Nothing is right. You just have to learn to be wrong sometimes to then become better. Nobody is perfect.

That is an impulse thought. Breathe. Think of a goal plan. That's what I do. Set out what you can do. what you may can do and what you want to do. The negative can be left behind but I promise it feels good checking one of those off every day or so

Concentrate on doing something that you are good at. At the same time, try to do new things. Learning is a life-long process, it doesn't happen overnight. Just hang in there!!

You need to focus your mind on something other than negative thoughts like that. Re-orient yourself to think optimistically and you will find that you do many things right!

What do you mean by "you cant do anything right"? Have you spoken to anyone about how you feel? You're not alone. Its important to talk and express how you feel. Its ok to ask for help. Here at 7 cups of tea, we are here to listen to you without judgement. Send me a message if you would like talk or a listening ear. I will try my best to listen and support you. Have you spoken to a medical professional about how your feeling? Have you been diagnosed wirh any physical or mental disability? Do you suffer with depression or anxiety?

Hey it is alright to feel how you’re feeling. I often feel this way for a variety of different reasons. I think it just depends what you do with that feeling. Sometimes for example, I will lash out and self pity which makes it not fun for people around me. Sometimes I reflect on the feeling and uncomfortably sit with it. Anyways point is it’s ok to feel this way it will change when you feel comfortable being with the feeling.
