Because you're aware there are many reasons to feel that way and you are trying to deny them instead of recognizing your courage to show up regardless of your feelings. Very courageous.

That sounds like anxiety. Anxiety is a nervous feeling similar to panic where you worry and it hurts. The trigger may be hidden.

Conditioning. Even if you are consciously aware of something, you can still subconsciously feel a certain way.

Because you have anxiety! Anxiety is triggered by past experiences. I never new i had anxiety until years passed, of me walking into a crowd and i would stark to tremble, my heart would beat really fast, and my throat with tighent up. Talk to a councilor or a friend, or someone online who will help you think about, ask questions and discover the root cause

All have reason to be worried even though we do not know what it is. Of course most of us feel worries and heart racing when they go to school, because we do not know what will happen to us or we're forgetting something or afraid of something like getting bullied.

This may be caused by anxiety or fear, or perhaps there may be worry about that day and what could happen.

This sounds like a bit of social anxiety. Where your heart races, you feel scared and worried that something is going to happen and you immediately run to your classroom but you don't feel safe there either. If you ever need to calm down, close your eyes and take a few deeps breaths until your heart slows down a bit. I used to find this very calming when I would get anxious at school.

Stress, you are stressing a lot in school so you don't have to do things which keep you overwhelmed and stressed

Hi there. I understand you feel overwhelmed for no reason, School is the place where you have to take tests, deliver presentations and other activities that give you a specific grade for your performance. You might feel that you yourself/your parents/your teachers have certain expectations towards your performance. You know what matters the most? That you give the best you can. You will feel satisfied and your heart will not race if you take that perspective. No one really is perfect and guess what: everyone feels anxious at times. Choosing to handle this by doing the best you can is how you can fight the anxiety.

School can be a very nerve-wracking thing. There is a lot of stress (even if you are not aware of it). There is homework, tests, interacting with peers, etc. There is so much that can be making you nervous without you even realizing it. This is perfectly normal. When you feel yourself getting like this, take a moment and take a few slow deep breaths.

Somehow you may be feeling anxious because you put so much pressure on yourself or someone else does and it makes you anxious

That's a sign of anxiety. That means your brain is constantly nervous and paranoid of something bad happening. Or you might have some kind of phobia to be in public. Either way, you should seek some help, from yourself, from your friends, or from a therapist. Remind yourself that everything is going to be fine, take deep breaths and take some breaks if you feel like it.
