People think I'm Bipolar when really I have two personalities. How can I explain to them that I'm not always myself, but I'm not dangerous?

For me I think you don't need to explain because they say action speak louder than words. so just show them who and what you really are and sometimes maybe you can also tell them what bipolar means and why you aren't what they think you are.
