What's like being with someone with Bipolar I/II disorder? My partner was diagnosed with Bipolar I and we have our own share of challenges and struggles. It seems challenging.

I have helped and am helping people cope with loss, divorce, anguish and parenting. Depression is also a major issue that comes up.

Bipolar is a mental health disorder that affects people’s thoughts, feelings and actions, those may affect people around the man such as there friends and family. As you stated this is challenging as you have your own challenges and stuggles. How does this make you feel? Do you know how handle your emotions when things get difficult? Are you able to help your partner in these times in crisis. Does your partner affect your life? How do you feel like I could support you, I can only listen but cannot under any circumstances give you advise but I’m please to have an open ear.
