Can't stop checking ex's social media even though the breakup was a while back. I tried restricting access to her page on twitter, but it was too easy to undo when I wanted to check. What can I do?

Dont use twitter or set a new account. Delete the contacts. Stop using computer as much as possible. Keep the mind busy
It can be really hard to let people go. It seems like you are missing the past. It is the past for a reason though. I understand your situation. I have had similar experience in the past, it seems like an endless loop of blocking and unblocking that person. I'd give myself excuses just to check up on them or similar. I couldn't stop running back. I personally had to learn to leave certain people and things in the past. If they are not a currently a part of your life, they are in the past for a reason.
