GF broke up with me. Had only one bad weekend together. Was a long distance and we have alot of history. We love each other but she asked for a break and said that it was mostly her. How to get back?

Long distance relationships can be difficult with an added level of stress caused by distance and the fact that life is not intertwined on a daily basis. I've learned that being in a loving relationship means being patient with my partners feelings and respecting what they want and have to say. Remain respectful your partners feelings and hear what they have to say. Relationships with anyone are about creating a win-win where both people feel heard and respected. Examine all of your feelings about the relationship and try to find clarity in your thoughts. One of the more difficult things in relationships is how to disagree while giving each other the space to grow and make independent decisions.
