I think the most important thing to do is remember that it he doesn’t control your life, he shouldn’t dictate your emotions. Remember that you are a strong person, you do not owe him anything.
Focus on the things that make you happy such as your friends, hobbies ECT, this will help you to grow more of a sense of self worth and independence, by remembering that you are the bigger person and that you have your own boundary’s, you will be able to see yourself in a different light,
