Have a chat with him and if you guys have entered into the relationship with the understanding that both of you will remain exclusive then he has been stepping out on you. That is disrespectful and hurtful. If he does not change or if you think there is no way you can trust him ever again, break up with him. Don't waste time on a liar and cheater.
