If she wants to make things work she won’t forget about you. No contact is defo the best policy with this situation.

Why are you giving you ex the space? Is because she wants you too. Did you guys remain your friendship after the breakup. Is the friendship healthy between the 2 of you? These are questions you have to ask yourself. Does she want you to be her friend and not forget you. This kinda things takes 2 hands to clap.
