My ex got married after breakup I am not able to control myself and not able to stop spying his social media. How do I control myself to stop monitoring his stuff?

It takes time to process everything. It's okay to avoid social media for a short time if you can, else completely block everything and everyone that would remind you of him (maybe temporarily ). Be with friends , take a trip. Slowly get back in to social media. Start your new life one day at time. It might sound hard but it's quite achievable. Leaving social media and blocking people is a temporary thing. Don't worry about that, you are prioritizing yourself for a short time and there's nothing wrong in that, everything will be fine.
