This happens often. One thing to keep in mind is to not avoid this feeling and don't be afraid to admit it, even if its only to a couple of friends. They will be nothing but supportive and it would make you feel a lot better. Not admitting feelings usually leads to them intensifying and makes the situation feel worse. If you feel comfortable, you could also have a conversation with your ex and try to figure out why you are still in love with them. If you have any further questions I would be happy to help you!

If you ex does not love you back the same way, you should try to move on so that you don't get hurt. You can try pursuing your own interests, social activities and meeting new people. If your ex has the same feelings for you then you should talk it over with them and together discuss the possibility of getting back together.
