Well that would depend on the nature of your current relationship and your past experiences. Our current experience could be abusive - it doesn't have to be physical but can be emotional, psychological, gaslighting etc where you feel trapped and feel you need to get out of there. Or it could be that you're currently in a healthy relationship but due to past experiences we want to end things while they're still going smoothly out of fear that the other person would get tired of them or that the other person is better off. Breaking up a relationship is in your hands, love and we can't control it. Know you're valid and if you need help in a bad relationship then always ask for it
