Feeling depressed or anxious can be so overwhelming. I want to help you feel better and be able to enjoy life. You are not alone and you deserve emotional support.

Conflict is when 2 people have 2 different views on a matter. They try to let each other see their point of view in an attempt to validate themselves, It is usually a professional conversation and treated with respect and dignity. Bullying, on the other hand, Is when you are not getting along with someone because they are not sharing your vision or point of view, Instead of trying to understand the person, You launch your point of view on top of a rocket and land it on Mars. And let that idea control you from up there. That idea will usually make you not open to other ideas and will get you aggressive towards anyway that has conflicts with your idea.
That is my 2 cents.
