It is likely you are not getting a deep sleep, often when we are stressed out our bodies can not rest at ease because of our waking world problems. Try to figure out if there is anything bothering you or unresolved issues that my be causing you to have a unrestful sleep.

Sometimes the atmosphere around you can influence you without you realizing it. So when you wake up, whatever was happening you, that energy that is still there will have some affect on you waking up.

Maybe because you don't like yourself, which is upsetting because you're amazing!!!! I know how you feel.

You're feeling depressed. The best thing to do is think about everything that you have to do and how you can make a difference that day. If all else fails, there's no shame in seeking out a counselor to talk to. They can help you so much.

Never see yourself less than a human than others. Remember, you are unique and special in your own way. YOLO, make the most of life.

well you are simply stressed. just lie back down and think about how important the day is for you to wake up, think positive and try not to back down on the positive thought. and it is always good to talk to someone about it.

It might depend you didn't simply sleep well that's why you're still tired. And in case the quality needs to be checked. Otherwise, it may depend on a feeling regarding what is expecting you once awake, the reality you need to face and deal with.
