How do I tell my roommates I want to move out?

Make a list of the reasons you want to move put. Carefully go through them, and pick a good time to talk with your roommates. Explain them why you want to move out. Don't be rude though

That's a tough one. Especially if they rely on you for helping with paying the rent, or if moving out may impact your relationship. Consider why you want to move out first. If it's because you are not getting along well enough with your roommates then maybe start with trying to talk to them about any concerns you may have. Do so in a very diplomatic way. However, if you really need to move out then let them know that you are looking to move somewhere that is closer to school for you. Or that you need to live closer to work (if you're working part time).
