It's okay to not have the expected grades. What matters most is that you worked very hard and did your best. If you feel like you still need to improve, try seeking help outside of school hours, or asking your teacher/instructor on tips for studying, or tips for understanding the topic.

Remember that things do not always go according to plan. Sometimes we do not achieve our goals. In times like these we must learn to be resilient and never give up. Just remember that you can always do better for your next exam, use the disappointment as fuel to do better next time. It all boils down to what you want to achieve and how much you are willing to do to achieve that. Also it’s important to remember that alongside working hard, working smart is also crucial to be able to well in anything in life including examinations

Make sure to keep in mind that how you do on your exam is not a testament to how smart you are or how capable you are. I am positive that you are capable and smart in your own way and can do well on the exam! A great way to start is by changing the way in which you study. Every professor and teacher has a different way in which they test the material taught in class. It definitely may be hard in the onset while trying to study for a new professor's exams but once you see how your professor wants to test you and what type of questions will be asked you can modify the way you study. Attending office hours and asking your professor for help is always another great way to help attain your goals! It shows the professor that you care and they will provide support and help for the aspects of the course that you may be struggling with. Most importantly, don't forget that there are so many different people that can help you, especially classmates and peers who are taking the same class! Stay strong and positive! You can get through this!

In my opinion, if you are struggling in school you should try to talk to your teacher. Explain that you worked really hard for the exam but you still struggled and ask if they have any suggestions for next steps. They may be able to give you more information about where you went wrong in the exam and suggest some ways to rectify this such as signposting some good revision resources you could use. It may also be a good idea to talk to your friends and see if they have any suggestions. Find out how they revised and see if these methods work for you.

First of all it is okay it is life and it happens. If you are working hard and still it is not turning out then it is important to find out where the loophole is and which of the area is missed. It is important to question ourselves, note down things that keep revolving in our minds and this surely gives us the solution. Exams are just the way of testing our knowledge, it is about knowing how much we know and how much we do not and on basis of that we are ranked right? Knowledge is a base and it is important to make our base strong. So whatever we learn we earn something and that is knowledge. So learn for earning knowledge not just for exam. Because after all exams test how much we know! All the best❤
