How can I feel anything else but the emptiness?

Feel for everyone else, if you feel your life is empty, fill it with someone else's. Life may be dark but if you look to the skies you will find your stars.

You just have to look for anything positive in your life, ANYTHING, it is a lot easier than it seems

Find someone to fill up the emptiness, whether it be an internet friend, a cousin or even someone from 7 cup, people are always happy to help.

distract yourself. Don't think about whatever is making you feel empty. Get out of the house. Call a friend. Get up and do something

Finding a power greater than yourself. It doesn't have to be a religious deity, just anything you can see that is a force greater than yourself that can help move you in a positive direction mentally.

Do things that you like to do. Drawing, Reading, anything that sparks your interest. Use your 5 senses to try and feel something new.

Try to focus on the feelings you get when you're surrounded by people who mean a lot to you. Remember the feelings you get when you're with your friends or your family.

Get up and do something you´ve never done before! Do sports, go running or do yoga. Sports is a great way to influence your mood. Listen to an audiobook or watch a movie in the cinema :) Just do anything

If you feel empty, I would say try to get your mind off the situation that's making you feel empty, maybe take a walk, feed your pet, even just head to your local grocery store and pick up some milk, just to put your mind in a different place, so you have more productive thoughts :)
