That being said, it realy is not about how much or how you can help someone, more often than not all we need to have is the willingness to help others and that can be done in infinite number of ways. 7 cups is one way where we can extract the benefits of helping others. Its important to encourage people to get ask for help.. Encourage them to talk to a therapist if they suffer from a mental illnes! Be polite and empathic! Listen to them... You can not solve all their problems right through the computerscreen. But you can support them to be strong and get the help they need.
