A kind smile and a friendly greeting can go a long way. Often, people are nervous to look people in the eyes, but it makes a huge difference.
There are a lot of other things people can do to help others without directly giving money. For example, people can devote their time and experience volunteering (as there are many organizations which can use their help), such as food banks, hospitals, etc. People can also listen like the listeners here. They can master a certain field and get qualification in it. Once they have the qualification they can then offer their specialized help to people. They can contact old homes and hospice care and see if they need any help even with just coming and sitting in with the people under such care and talking to them.
refer them to suitable places depending on their situation. For example if its a child support is very easy to receiver and very available.

You do not need money to help people. Offer emotional support in someones time of need. Be there for them. That can often help more than any amount of money.
There are a ton of ways to help people without money. One of the most powerful ways is to simply listen to others when they have a problem. That is why I am a listener, I feel it helps people greatly!
Lots of ways just giving time and being available. Also giving them hope with whatever is troubling them
You can help others without money by making monetary donations or also donations of food, clothing, household items that you no longer have use for. You can also refer them to agencies in your community that help with these things as well. A lot of churches are always willing to help.

Helping people has less to do about money and more to do with listening to them and giving them an ear when needed.

What I do I normally do something like a secret Santa it works a lot it's also alway nice to see a nice smile
Sometimes the best help is just a listening ear and knowing that somebody is there for you and cares, it cost $0. :)
I could help by giving them food, water, and other things they made need. Also I could help them with moving anything such as boxes or anything on the order of that.
By taking the time to talk to a person. A few nice word are free. It cost nothing to be kind. Showing someone you care just by showing them they can cry on your shoulder. Having time for someone shows them that you care. Everyone is so busy. So time is priceless. It's how you choose to spend it matters.

Give them advice,lift them up when they feel too low. Encourage & motivate. Money doesn't always help

If you don't have money, you can volunteer at homeless shelters or places that offer services to such families. There you don't need to give money, you can just give a couple hours of your time handing out food, helping clean the shelter, and just offering support. There are also online sites that you can participate on that send food without you spending money. And lastly, if you want to help anybody you can join as a listener or just become involved in community activities or something that helps a cause without harming your bank account.
By participating as a Listener on 7Cups :) This can really help both myself and others. I get happiness when I am able to directly help someone else, and see the effect that I've had on them!
I can't, other than helping them think about what it is they like to do and how they can turn that into a way to make money.

You can help out through several ways. You can donate to charities that help out poor people, provide food to people living in homeless shelters, etc. to name a few

that depends on what they need help with, if they are struggling with depression you can just be there for them and make then know you care, if you need to get them a gift you can make them something, food is normally a good idea.
By helping them realize that money is not the epitome of happiness and by also making them realize, that in order to fulfil their needs and desires they will have to work hard. Sure, everyone of us go through a bad phase, financially and emotionally! But, it is art of our learning and we must look up to it as an experience and try to learn the valuable lessons that life intends to teach us.

I can't really give anyone money (obviously), but I can give advise on how to look for a job and where to find it.
I can help people without money by sharing resources like free food banks, free shelters and non-profit organizations that assist people without money
Be sure to remind them that money is simply an object and true happiness is only on the inside. We tend to worship money as the creator of happiness when it's simply a means to an end.
I'm not sure what you mean by this. If you meant how can you help people without using your own money, you can always suggest ways to improve and just generally be there for them to speak to! But if you meant how can you help people that have no money, maybe suggest a way for them to earn money and helping them to find a job with good pay

I would smile and have small talk to cheer them up. Buying clothes and eating food with them would help
It's all about what you can do for them. People always seem to make the excuse of "Oh, I don't have enough money, I can't help" but anyone can help. People without money can't pay for their food, or shelter, or clothes or a lot of the necessities in life. So offer to buy a meal, or give some clothes you don't wear or don't want. Sometimes offering a night in a hotel or even a week is enough. It's the little things.
You can help them find mindfullness you also help them find a job online at the library. You can help them by being a friend.

Look online or in newspapers for possible job opportunities in the area. Remind them that this is only a temporary situation and you will help them obtain wealth in every way you can.
Depends who and how you want to help them really.
If you want to help just about everyone and anyone then sign up as a listener on this site,if you want to help people you know with depression then something a little as giving them your time and talking to them can do a lot.
