How to maintain a hope in recovery when you have dysthymia with recurrent major depression episodes? Do you think it's possible to achieve a full recovery in such a situation?

Yes it is possible! Positive mantras you can repeat every day can really help - it may feel weird at first doing it but it can really be beneficial with practice. Self care and compassion is incredibly important and can really help maintain hope for when you’re feeling down.
