I have been through a lot in life too, which helps me to be able to empathize with situations, thoughts and feelings that we have. Sometimes, it's not easy just being human.

There are lots of people who are here for you, and willing to help! You might be able to reach out to someone online or in your life. Online, that could be a listener or therapist on 7 Cups, or a professional organisation of the same type which you could research in your country. In real life, it might be a close friend or loved one, or a professional in your area, depending on cost and convenience. Working out the best method for you personally is important! It might even be a mixture of a few things that ultimately benefit you.

If you are down and depressed you can reach out to a close friend to support you through this tough time or even a family member and or counselor that are trustable people and someone who wouldn't judge your problems from the start when you share your problems.
