I am so depressed can't tell anyone its like i am dying day by day and people think its my fault and no one understands. How can I get people to listen and understand me?

i m sorry for that . it seems like you handle heavy responsibility to act like a normal healthy person when you need support and some care , you can tell them that you are facing some health challenge , or just tell about your depression most of people ll empathies not judge when hear that .

I have felt like that too. It is so overwhelming that I did not even want to get out of bed at times. What helped me is taking some suggestions from my therapist. He suggested that I start by writing in a journal how felt and working out my emotions in a way that I thought would healthy. I wrote a script for how I could express myself to my loved ones and support network and then followed through with it. I felt empowered and heard and connected which helped me feel better. My relationships were getting better and I could see the results from the work I put in and that made a lot of difference for me.
