I constantly have suicidal thoughts when I'm alone in the room. When I'm with people i tend to forget but on my own I overthink and it frightens them. I was wondering what to do or if they are depression symptoms?

Hello, I'm so sorry that your dealing with this too. It's been happening to me and inside i was also wondering if my death is near. It makes me feel better to be near any one person, or even to text or talk on the phone with anybody. I feel so needy. When i'm alone i get strong anxiety, depression, and self-harm ideiation. I have spend time in the hospital, but because so many people were around me, I had few symptoms. We are social creatures and we need to be around other people. But its very difficult to be near people when we isolate in an effort to avoid the drama that comes with it. I need help to, then i finally excepted medication and although it took about 3-4 weeks to work, I've now transitioned into a state of mind where i dont fear death and dont have the strength to have anxiety. It makes waiting for the end to come not as hard as before because my spark and my will are gone.

These may be symptoms of suicidal thoughts. maybe seek help from a professional or your doctor, You may also be lonely and that's why you think like this when you're alone. Anxiety may play a part in this as you overthink.
