I feel depressed a lot, I think it's very severe but I can't tell if it's just a state since I'm a teenager, can someone help?

Have you tried reaching out to a friend or family member about it? You may want to consider seeing your family doctor about it as well.
You need to ask yourself if this is distressing you a lot and affecting your every day life. It’s okay and fairly normal to feel down every now and again, but if it’s the only feeling your have consistently and it’s affecting every aspect of your life then it’s likely an issue in your life. If this is the case - please seek medical help!! It can be so important to be aware of our emotions and when they’re giving us issues it’s even more important to seek help! You can do this! 💪
