If you can and you think you should, see a therapist. If not, then maybe your counselor. If you can't do that either, there is 7 Cups and many other sites like this.

That's what this whole website is about. I'm sure there are many people ( including myself ) that can help with your problems you just need to ask.

"Everyone needs someone sometimes, cause everybody hurts, sometimes." I love this quote because of its raw, honest, statement. Everyone needs someone to talk about problems with, vent to, chat with, or even just gab! Here on 7cups you can find people to talk with from across the board from serious matters to finding yourself an online friend with a kind ear. We are here for whatever you need, and hey, even we use each other, sometimes :)

If I need someone to talk to about my problems, I'd probably approach to someone who's close to me, such as my boyfriend of my bestfriend. If they don't seem to understand, I'd go to a counseling site and open up to someone. They world isn't as bad as we think it is :)

On the 7 cups site there are many listeners here. Some specialize in things, others don't. I specifically do not specialize in anything and am willing to talk about anything so I'm here if you ever need someone to talk to.

When you have problems that are going on in your life and you feel the need to talk to someone about them, that is always a good idea. The reason is that you don't want to bottled everything up that is going on and just act like nothing is going on. That is not a good thing and when you talk to someone you are able to possibly get advices from them on how to handle the situation or even if they are not able to give advice you will still feel a lot better knowin that someone knows. People that you can talk to is a trusted friend, therapist, your parents and a lot more.

I suggest connecting to a listener here on 7cups but if that does float your boat you can try telling a parent, close friend or counselor/therapist.

7 Cups is a great place to have someone listen to you. If you want advice, friends and family are good places to start. A teacher or another trusted person could help you as well. If you think you need professional help, a counselor or therapist is a great option.

Well, there's always for you this website - 7 Cups of tea. But of course if you want to talk to someone face to face, focus on your friends, parents, siblings, teachers, co-workers... They also human beings and they also have got lot of problems. So try to find someone you trust and don't be afraid he judges you.

You can talk to your elders, or any person you can trust but I personally found that talking to strangers is easier than talking to people I know. For that, there are ample of listeners on here. You can talk to me, if you wish to.

You could talk to a trustful best friend, a parent or a teacher. But if these things seem unhelpful you could talk to a counselor, psychologist or listeners on 7 cups (:

You can talk to any of the listeners on this website, or anyone who you know will listen in real life. You could even talk to a therapist if you wanted to, there's also many different hotlines out there dedicated to listen to anyone who wants to talk.
