Could mean many things honestly, sensitivity, fatigued, and yeah even depression, but depression can be tricky at times. Personally at the start of my depression, I got angry and sad over little things, avoided people and had a hard time smiling. Depression can be different for everyone. It doesn't automatically mean you are depressed, but it may mean you have an underlying issue that should be addressed. Try talking to someone you trust about the situation, it may help you get a better idea of what's going on in your mind and how you can help yourself if it's affecting your life.

It mean your anxious, sometime we don’t know what is happening to us. But it’s better to spend some time with self or a right person. Let out the toxicity and negativity around you. Thank God, try to spend time with family especially parents. You never know when you are seeing them last. Be a proper person in life by bringing minor cool changes like hair cut, dressing blah blah you never know what will bring peace in your life! Trust God with every night is a day. Shiny and beautiful. You will have it if you believe it.
