College can be tough for many reasons. It is a major change in your life, you have to balance studies with a job or internship, and manage family and romantic relationships. So there are many reasons to feel down. It might potentially cause more harm to label your experience as depression, or self-diagnose. If you feel as though you are unhappy and experience distress more often than not, it would be helpful to seek the guidance from a college counselor or therapist.

Difficulty getting out of bed is one of the many symptoms of depression, but you can only knkw if you have depression by speaking to a mental health professional for an accurate diagnosis. We are currently living during uncertain times and the pandemic has definitely had negative affects on everyone's mental health. It's okay to feel down sometimes. What's most important is that you reach out for support when you can and prioritize your needs. Try to engage in mindfulness, take on new hobbies, reach out to family or friends more often, treat yourself sometimes, or try something new. It's hard, but you must keep going and believe in yourself no matter what. Keep your head high and your eyes on the prize you wish to obtain. I believe in you, so believe in yourself!
