Hello, I’m glad you reached out. I hear your struggle. Can you think of a time when you felt someone did care?

Being depressed is awful. But there are other ways to coping with depression you may feel that no one cares but there is actually always someone out there who cares and sometimes it may be people you barely know... are you able to Find support in people you trust? If not there are also a vast variety of hotlines that you can call anonymously and speak with someone about what you may be currently feeling or currently going through... you are not alone in this we are always here to help you never feel like giving up is your last choice and never feel less worthy of yourself you are a great individual and anyone would be lucky to have you as a family member or friend. Not because people may seem like they have given up on you means u should give up on your self NEVER YOU DO THAT!! God gave you life you have a purpose and you will find what that purpose is you deserve to feel happy... you can always come here and talk to an active listener or anyone you feel you may have made a connection with on here... 24/7 we are always here to help!!
