7 cups of tea puts forth the biggest efforts to make its community safe. Each active listener vows to respect and treat each person speaking for help with respect and dignity. There is no tolerance for "trolls" or those who don't comply with the rules of this community.

Listeners receive advice and commit themselves to respect a "charter". Therefore they will always do their best to protect your feelings and they can't talk about your issue to someone else. To be safer, never give your fullname or your address/phone number
