Most of us have had a time in our life where we didn't know who to go to or didn't have anyone to go to and we want people to know that theres always someone there and that there will always be someone willing to listen. We all go through short training programs and gain the right to talk with you

Yes! 7 Cups of Tea has been here with me since the begining! Years ago I was depressed and in need of help, now I'm here serving and helping others that are currently in the position I was in years ago.

I believe 7 cups is safe as long as you don't reveal who you are or any of your personal information.
Yes! If the listeners aren't, then they will be removed as listeners. If anyone has ever been rude to you or given you any bad feedback, report them!

I believe 7COT is very safe and legal, just don't give away personal information! It's never good to tell anyone personal information that can make you in a bad situation.
7 Cups is a completely safe website. Every conversation you have with a Listener is only between you and them. You could be anonymous if you wish to, and just explain your situation you're in or how you're feeling. To become a Listener, one must pass a course to ensure they're appropriate for the position and able to help others. It's definitely a legit place used by millions of people every day. You can feel safe here, have a nice stay at 7 Cups of Tea :)
Well I am pretty sure it is at first I was nervous and thought they just mite be trying to get info from people but after I been on here for a while they trained listeners and have rules set out and they have helped me a lot so I am very sure this site is safe and real.

Yes 7 cups is completely safe. We are a lovely community here to listen and try to help you with any problems you may have.
No site is completely safe but I do believe that 7 Cups does have sufficient guidelines to prevent harm from happening to it's users. However, always be wary. Even 7 Cups has it's fair share of people who are going to want to harm you.

Yes. The listeners, we have all agreed to an oath. We will never tell what you've told us to anyone else. Never.
Definitely. I've been on this site as a member for about a year now, and have been able to get a lot of help. No one here will ever judge you either.

Definitely! I am both a listener and a member. It is a safe environment to get your feelings out and hear a new perspective.
7 Cups of Tea is safe and legitimate. The listeners here care about you and want to help you with whatever trouble you're facing. We, the listeners, must pass a training course to better help you. Your listener is there to listen to any problem you have, and we all will try our best to help.

We are just here to listen. As crazy as it seems, people on 7 Cups do care. If you are worried before talking to a listener then tell them that! We will always hear what you have to say.
