We sometimes feel down and get the feeling "I can't do this anymore". But always remember that " if I can't ,then who can ?!". Whats most important is trying our best and not being successful in one attempt . The person who fails many a times knows how to do that correctly without doing the same mistakes again and again. Be positive about everything you do. Positive thinking has a great energy. Believe in yourself, if you didn't believe in you self then who else will?! "The law of attraction" I'd one of the famous concepts about positive thinking and its been proven by science .it states the universe gives us the results According to what we think , if we are positive about everything and believe in ourselves the universe will help us attract it.

It is wonderful insight that you recognize feelings of hopelessness and sadness. Consider exploring those feelings as to where it comes from then decide on steps you are willing to take to find resolution within yourself. It takes effort to explore our feelings. They are trying to help us resolve our relationship with people, places and things that happened to us. Your statement of not being able to move fast enough makes me wonder if you might be over doing it and placing undue expectations on yourself. Keeping the things on your schedule that must be done and getting there on time might help you enjoy what you are doing. Going too fast is stressful for all of us! It also sounds like there is some level of anxiety that plays into this situation. Look to mindfulness to remain in the present, it may help with feeling like your not getting enough done. Try some reading about boundaries. Keep a list of big and small things that you are grateful for. You are the expert on yourself, one or all of the above may be helpful. Consider seeking out a professional about anxiety/depression. There are times in life that we all need the assistance of a therapist with strategies designed for you.
