A lot of people think that depression is a choice or some sort of easy to change problem- it Is not. I would seek out help from a trusted adult. Depression is a serious mental health issue and is difficult to treat alone. It is also something that can get better with support. Hopefully someone outside of your family can help communicate with them so they understand that it’s serious. You could also try to talk to them individually and explain how you are feeling. It is possible that they do not understand the degree to which you are feeling depressed.
