Try calming yourself down, and resting or using a coping method that makes you feel better and works for you.

There's always a reason why we feel that way, and maybe the reason is we're lack of motivation. That's why we can't get things done sometimes. So in my opinion I suggest that having a daily routine and a positive mindset will make you more active in daily life. There's always a saying that its okay to rest, but never quit. Healthy living is important for us so I believe to all people who experience this, that you can overcome and work for it, even if it makes you harder just think of it as a challenge that can change your life for a better.

My best advice would be to see your primary care doctor to determine if there are any underlying physical issues that may be contributing to the fatigue you’re experiencing. If it is found that there are no physical reasons as to why you are experiencing symptoms, it may be time to set up an appointment with a therapist or psychiatrist to explore any undiagnosed or untreated mental illnesses. There’s no shame in reaching out for professional help. You should not have to struggle and suffer in the name of “faking it until you make it”. Taking care of yourself in the best way you can may be uncomfortable but it’s always worth it in the end. Do tons of self care and be gentle with yourself.

Tired can be a very catch all term, and sleeping and eating well isn't the be all and end all of health. Mental health issues can cause physical tiredness as well as mental and emotion exhaustion. It would be a good idea to sit down and list everything you do in one day, not just the big things, the small things too. Even things such as waking up, making breakfast. It can be good to look at how much you do and reflect on it. It can be very clarifying to see how much you are doing in one day. It would be good to see where you're doing too much, or even where you can put in some time for yourself to try and see how you're feeling about all the things you're doing?
