When should a person start considering more intensive treatment? Is residential treatment right for me?

Your doctor would be a great person to ask this question. I would suggest talking to them and they can take the correct paths from their.
I would say when you feel you need it! Only you can know weather you really need it! Sometimes its difficult to establish when are heads are filled with worries, but I would say when you think you need help, its properly the right time! Trust your own instincts! Even though that's easier said than done!! You can explore lots of different options too, residential might not be right for you perhaps you need a more supportive type of care but as said earlier only you know what is best for you!! Take care and remember there is a light at the end of the tunnel
