7 cups is a great way to seek help. There are listeners online who specialize in depression, so you may want to give that a shot, and another thing is that you can look at the q and a sections to find answers for topic that you are stuck on. Here on 7 cups there are many quality trained listeners who can assist you in talking through depression, myself being one of them! There are also many resources on the 7 cups site that can be a tool in your journey to navigating through depression. This is a community of people who are here for the sole purpose of building one another up and helping each other in a time of crisis. If you are searching for professional help online, there are subscription services here on 7 cups that connect you to a licensed counselor, and there are also other site such as better me and talkspace that offer subscriptions to help you chat with a licensed mental health provider online at your convenience. You are not alone!
