There are a lot of listeners here that would love to talk to you about your depression. They would understand and listen to you.

Again, this is purely your own decision. Whomever you want, it's up to you, but talking about it online is usually a bit easier than discussing it in person. And although you can talk to anyone you want about it, here on 7Cups, we are literally here to listen to you talk. Listeners are going to be around for one on one, and other members can support you with group support. Here on 7Cups, you can talk to all of us.

I think the 7 cups of tea websitr is a great place to talk about your depression with people who understand what you're going through. You can talk about it anonymously snd the people here are quite experienced

Depression is a big deal that people often look over as attention-seeking. However, it is ANYTHING but attention seeking. There are numerous ways depression could be handled, but if you ever feel the need to express your depression, please contact either an active listener or plausibly contact one of many national hotlines. Us, along with the hotlines, as people, are more than happy to help you on the road to recovery.

You can always come to 7 cups but if you are in a crisis, you need to talk to your parents. Or maybe a teacher or school counselor.

But if you don't feel comfortable sharing with a stranger talk to one of your close friends or family, they want to help, you may even consider seeking professional help. Here at 7 cups are a lot of people with experience in those topics, you can also find chat rooms or depending on where you live, you can find an online therapist.

You can talk to Childline 24 hours a day on their online 1-1 chat. You can also come to a listener on here. Try posting in a forum, someone is always going to be there to help you.

Well, you're here! 7 cups of tea is a great service for talking about how you feel inside anonymously. Making friends over the internet is sometimes a good idea if you have proof that they are legit, just don't meet them in real life or give away personal information.

You can talk to a listener about your depression. There are also many online therapists that you could talk to, or a trusted friend.

You can always connect to a 7 cups listener, or if you are in immediate need of someone if the event if life threatening, contact the suicide hotline. Otherwise, 7 cups listeners are always happy to keep you company and help out :)

i have had depression before so i can step you through this and help you with whatever you need help with if you have any questions please feel free to ask them i love would love to help because here at 7 cups we love to help and give advice about whatever you want, please know that you are surrounded by people that love you e.g. family, friends and more and you can ask them about this to they can give advice and so can we just be open and you will feel much better everyone on 7 cups would like to help but not all of us have expires in this area
