I can answer this in case you are suffering from depression. Depression takes direct control over your mind which then controls you. You might not find motivation during this course of time. There are a lot of vedios in the web that gives motivation ( Try this: Even Eagles need a push). You may not feel like watching it. One way to deal with it is force yourself to do things that keeps you motivated. In this way, you weaken the control of depressed mind over you and helps to take control of your mind again. You are all set to go after this.
When we deem something worthless it's very difficult to not treat it poorly. Try to remember that you're worth loving yourself and even though it's the hardest thing to do, it's the most worthwhile.

I think most of us have trouble with feeling motivated to get better. After all, it takes a lot of energy. More energy than we would normally put in to regular daily life. I know I barely had energy to get through my day let alone get better. Having supports helped.
Sometimes finding motivation is the hardest thing to do. It could be associated with failures, judgement and above all fear. Sometimes we so anxious about what others would think that we don't even try. We convince ourselves that it isn't giving it a shot.
When you're down, it gives you a certain feeling. It's not a good feeling, but it's very powerful, and you want to drown yourself in it. But the longer you stay with that feeling, the worse you feel and the harder it will be to find motivation to get better.
Make a plan. Take small steps. Motivation takes time. Establish a reward for each goal you reach.
A lot of the time, we as humans get so caught up in our daily routines we don't realize that all the motivation we need is right in front of us. In fact, it is us. All you have to do is decide that you want to get better, then take the steps you need to take in order to get there. It's all about action.
Its hard to find motivation in difficult situations..the question is do you want to get better? If yes..nothing can stop you..Pause you Yes but never stop you. Motivation generally comes from self..Self-love,self-care,self-respect,self-trust..these all are pretty hard but necessary because we are with ourselves the most. Also not feeling motivated is a sign of depression but can be handled only by you.I hope you feel motivated and help yourself to get better
Because you think there is nowhere to look for. Maybe you think your family doesn't care or that you don't have any friends but, Are you worth it? Sure you are. Try to do sports, meet new people that make you feel good and eventually contact a professional
i almost feel as if i am not ready to feel 'normal', or to stop experiencing depression, anxiety, and other problems on such a strong level. i feel like i would act differently to the point it wouldn't be me. this is no reason not to get better, just an almost irrational fear.
To find motivation to get better you have to want to get better. You have to be making yourself as busy as possible so you don't even have time to be thinking about how bad you are at the moment. Most importantly, you need to be surrounding yourself with loved ones and you should be doing what you love, whether that's your job, a hobby, or just something you do to pass time and keep your mind off of things. Hope that helped!

Sometimes what we feel drags us down to far where motivation seems impossible. If you refuse to see the motivation that be a reason you can't find it. You can't get help if you don't want help, meaning you can't be motivated if you don't want to get better. If you want to get better, you will have motivation to at least attempt it.
Motivation isn't something that comes naturally, often finding motivation is a journey in itself, but the first step in both finding the motivation and getting help is realizing that it's needed.
maybe find something that you enjoy doing...doing something enjoying will always motivate you to do better :)
Because you're super comfortable with the state you're in. To be better, you need to leave the comfort zone and do what you may not like. So what you don't like, you don't feel to do. That's why you don't feel motivated. The possible way is to visualize your success. When you visualize the success after you become better, it will make you feel motivated to leave comfort zone and try to be better. Repeat the process.
Because you're lacking self-esteem and drive. You think that you CAN'T get better, so you won't try. But I'm here to tell you that you're worth it, you deserve to get better, you CAN get better. You must start. I think you should try watching some motivational videos on Youtube. Hope that helps you in some way.
