While health issues can really drag you down, It can help to find some joy in little things. Some things that you could try: call a friend and have a laugh while reminiscing, if there is an activity you used to do that you can still participate in focus on that for a bit, find some new things to do where your symptoms do not interfere, explore music that's new to you. If you can't find any happiness in your life after giving yourself some time to adjust to living with your illness you may need some professional help as well.
Hello, if you are feeling depressed, music can help, listen to some online or on a radio,or if you like computers you could go online and find some music on youtube, or watch some catch up tv maybe.
Also you could do some meditation, there is alot of this on youtube too. Have you had your medication reviewed at all or spoken to your GP about how you are feeling? they may be able to find a solution for you.
It is very hard when you have a physical health problem i know, but keep believing in yourself and tell others how you are feeling, you never know, you may find other people who are going through what you are going through and you may be able to empathise and help each other.
