You are experiencing a normal step in grief. Sometimes you just have think about a loved one's death even if you don't want to. You may find that talking about it can be soothing and therapeutic for you.

You have to let go, know that he is in a better place now and all he wants from you is to be happy and have a great future.

It might be because you were close to him before he left and your thinking all the happy moments you had with him.

Death is something we all experience and it is a great loss to anyone's life. My personal experience of why I couldn't stop thinking of his death is because he meant a lot to my heart & even further the line it might not seem real, thinking about it is a natural process of grief and it is NOT a bad thing.

Death is a very horrible thing, it is a very ugly truth it takes people that we love and unfortunately there is nothing to do abt it , but be happy because we still have a very beautiful gift called life to enjoy , thinking abt death or people who passed away will not bring them to us it will just makes us sad.. But we cant stop thinking abt people who arent around us anymore and we think that we might lose our beloved but thats because we are human and it's ok but it shouldnt last for a long time we still have people that love and care abt us and we should do the same for them

Try to remove everything that wil, remind you of his death, but don't remove everything, like you can keep his picture in a photo frame or in a locket, but try looking at it if you're feeling down or sad
