Do things that you like: watch a movie, talk to a friend or family member you love, listen to music, eat something you like.

You may feel fine but subconsciously you may feel hurt because of a recent event. Look deep down and find what is bothering you and start from there

you can take small steps, and look at your life from the perspective of a friend. Sometimes when you are struggling you can't even realize you are having trouble

I tell myself this all the time, as I am constantly on this journey. There is *ALWAYS* room for self improvement. As humans we continue to learn, grow, and evolve as time goes on. Look at yourself, reflect, and think about who you were a year ago? 2 Years? 4? 10 years? Odds are you've evolved in some way. The amount of times you can emotionally move up in life, are limitless. You can always get better.

You can do things out of the ordinary, things that you have not done before but wanting to try will be a start.

Well, getting better its not about feeling happy or sad. Its the ultimate goal of my life. One step at the time. We are here to be better, at whatever thing we are doing. Its the only way to make our lives meaningful. Id there is no improvement in ourselves then why are we here for?
