I think that the best way to stop hating yourself when you eat is to look at what you are eating, consider the nutrients that you will receive and how they may benefit your body. There is much to be grateful for when there is food to eat, be it healthy or unhealthy. There are many around the world without and being grateful for the blessing of food is a great place to start and feel loved. Every bite is a blessing. Think about how you prepared the food and enjoy the tastes and textures. There is room at the table for all. Show yourself love and stop the hate.
