I understand that eating healthy can be really tough. So instead of completely changing your diet all at once, take just one step at a time. Just replacing a soda for a water, or having one less scoop of rice can really make a difference over time.

You can swap out junk food for healthy alternatives; while shopping you could try not get any junk food and only new or healthier snacks, you could also try and get someone to come shopping with you and make sure you aren't tempted to buy any unhealthy food. You could also tell people you trust and hopefully get support from them too. It Is normal to not get instant results and it super important to not put pressure on your self to change or get instant results. Results all vary on the person and the effort put in by individuals 💕

Honestly, just don’t buy any. Keep it out of the house. Pack your lunch if you’re leaving and pack healthy snacks too. I eat a ton of junk when I’m really anxious or at my mom’s house visiting. So I would bring my own snacks! Healthy ones of course. Also filling up on water is good sometimes when you’re snacking or feel hungry for a snack, you’re actually dehydrated so drink water before taking that junk food in. That could help too. I know for me it is also a convenience thing. The easier is it for me to eat it the more likely I am that I’m going to eat it. So prep healthy snacks and store them in easy packaging that you can grab easily.
